FYI: Learn HTML Hexidecimal Conversions

Hexidecimal
numbers are base16 instead of base10. Where we run out of numerals to
represent digits, we start using letters (A, B, C, D, ...etc.) until we
get up to 15, represented by the letter F. See the chart below:
An RGB color code consists of 3 2digit hexidecimal numbers which are combined to show the saturation level of red, green, and blue (RRGGBB). There are 256 combinations possible for each color (00 through FF). If your graphics software uses percentagesaturation, then you may want to use this quickreference chart to estimate the hexidecimal equialent. The numbers to the left are hexidecimals (H), and the numbers to the right are decimal, expressed as a percentage (P) of 256.
* NOTE: hex numbers shown in bold, when used in an RGB hextriplet color code (i.e. 000000, 000033, 003366, 33CCFF, etc.) will produce a websafe color.
