The mission of EFEP
is to help educate motivated students according to traditional western values
and principles.
A student's education is the responsiblity of the parent and student. EFEP
staff and facilitators are tools to help them reach their educational goals.
Not all learning is enjoyable or immediatly rewarding.

Knowledge must often be learned through rote practice and
practical experiences. EFEP
will encourage students to become self-motivated learners with an awareness
of their moral responsiblities as soveriegn citizens. Students will be lead
to understand and accept responsibility for the consequences of their behavior.
