MIBTP is a non-profit organization formed to provide training opportunities to minority college graduates in the fields of radio/TV news reporting and news managemnt. They host an annual awards/benefit dinner with keynote speakers such as Sam Donaldson and Dan Rather. They also have an online monthly HOLLYWOOD internet auction with movie premier tickets and much more.
