To continue growing, we’re searching for a highly qualified Head of Product. The position will have an immediate impact on the product roadmap alongside our COO and tech team. We expect the ideal candidate to define and own the product strategy with a very hands-on mentality.
Objectives of this Role
- Define and own the company product strategy
- Develop the roadmap for upcoming product features and new product launches
- Specify and prioritize the development pipeline
- Design product specifications
- Coordinate launch and post-launch activities
- Improve existing products, and create new products
- Improve current processes in order to hire and develop the product team in the next 12 months
- Collaborate and communicate with the engineering and business teams to launch new products seamlessly, collecting feedback from clients and publishers
- Work closely with marketing and sales to develop compelling positioning, value proposition and selling tools
Skills and Qualifications
- Product Management experience, ideally in AdTech with a strong knowledge of industry standards such as TCF 2.0, Seller Defined Audiences, Open Measurement, VAST.
- At least three years of software product management in an agile environment
- Thorough understanding of the digital advertising landscape, ad tech and technical integrations
- Self-starter capable of planning, driving and implement initiatives
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English (other languages are a benefit)
- Comfortable in explaining products to commercial and engineering audiences
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with a desire to innovate
- Solution-orientation and pragmatic approach to fast-approaching challenges
